Your trip begins with three nights in Mendoza City at the luxurious Park Hyatt Mendoza, where you’ll dine at the city’s best restaurants, including Francesco and Maria Antoinette, and make forays to the country’s oldest wine regions, accompanied by your bilingual guide. Then you’ll move on to the Uco Valley to spend three nights at the base of the Andes at the Vines of Mendoza, a resort National Geographic proclaimed as one of the “100 places that will change your life.”

 

Not only will you sample vintages and wine with the famed winemakers at the Bodega Corazon del Sol and share a traditional Asado lunch, you’ll wake one morning for a sunrise ride on horseback with a legendary Argentinian gaucho.
